This project was my attempt to capture the simplicity and natural beauty of quality ingredients.

As a food photographer, I often go to great lengths to find the ideal ingredients for a shoot. I really value fresh produce, and I feel the ingredients that go into a complete dish are often more beautiful in their raw state, and so under-represented. Sometimes they are more beautiful than the finished dish itself.
